If the letter rack is not large enough, how about a compact filing cabinet?
This one is available with or without a shelf, drawer or filing drawer on either solid Ash dowel feet, an end-grain plywood plinth or industrial locking castors. Made from solid Baltic Birch plywood finished with a semi-matt hard-wax oil which preserves the natural feel and colour of the wood. The Filing Cabinet is compatible with A4 hanging files (not included) – these are different in size to Foolscap which require a wider unit, available via custom order. Other furniture available to match including side units and coffee tables with a choice of internal storage options and interchangeable bases.
