Omar Mansoor Spring/Summer 2024 Collection

Omar Mansoor inaugurates his 19th presence at London Fashion Week with his collection titled, ‘Kaarvan’.

The word Kaarvan originates from the Persian meaning ‘united for mutual protection on a journey’.

The colour palette is shades of beige and plum. Beige is used to depict the desert and the rich plum is used to depict the joy of reaching the destination. Beige also symbolises simplicity, comfort, wisdom and trust with Plum depicting dignity, peace, independence, and devotion.

As a firm believer of sustainable fashion, Omar uses trimmings made from hand-woven Ikat fabric sourced from Uzbekistan.

His fabrics are made from a mix of new and recycled fibres as a means to care about our planet and the future of the fashion industry. This is also as a step towards shifting fashion from a linear to a circular model.

Our Favourites for A Day at The Races

The delicate lace midi dress in deep plum and the silky smooth beige midi dress with Ikat pussy bow give two alternative styles for a day at the races – one a sweet feminine look whilst the other offers a classical ladylike elegance.
