For the Aintree ladies, this it the start of summer – warm winter clothes are out and sizzling summer outfits are in, whatever the weather for the Grand National 2019.

Get off to a fashionable flying start with up and coming designer brand Claire Tagg’s airline uniform inspired blazer dress. Price £295.

The colourful digital and hand rendered print on the dress is of Claire’s illustrative drawings from her travels through Asia. Hand beaded embellishments portray the glamour of the golden age of travel.

‘Fasten your seat belt’ with Tagg’s matching fabric belt plus plane-style buckle fastening (belt not included in the price but can be bought separately). The sequinned scarf draped over the belt is also not included in the price but can be bought separately.

Perfect on its own, this dress can be worn as an actual blazer for a different look on another occasion.

Large hooped beaded earrings are by the designer and can be purchased via the website.

Graduating from UCA Rochester in 2017 sisters Claire and Nicola Tagg started the Claire Tagg brand together, with Claire creating digital prints/pattern cutting and Nicola styling/promoting.
