Event organisers Event-Tronic Ltd, in partnership with Wolverhampton Racecourse, present a new music attraction on Saturday 12th September for the West Midlands – “Tribute in the Park ‘15”.

Leading UK tributes to Blur, Kaiser Chiefs, Oasis, Coldplay and Ed Sheeran will be performing on the outdoor stage throughout the day, with QE2, the Very Best of Queen headlining the event.

Numerous other attractions will be present such as a funfair, a kids zone with donkey rides, facepaiting and an animal handling experience, making this event one for all the family.

The gates open at 12 noon with music performances starting shortly after and continuing back-to-back through until late into the evening.

Wolverhampton Racecourse Managing Director, David Roberts, said “We are delighted to be hosting Tribute in the Park this year, this is an excellent event in amongst a fantastic set of live music dates throughout September, and we are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Kevin and Event-Tronic Ltd.”

The event will take place on Saturday 12th September. Tickets are on sale now at £25.00 + VAT. Children 16 years old and under are welcome to attend free of charge provided they are accompanied by paying adults.

Tribute in the Park ’15 will host an additional night at Wolverhampton Racecourse on Friday 11th September from 6.30pm with free entry for all people with tickets for the Saturday night, plus press, guests and VIP’s.

The Friday night line-up will feature the amazing U2 tribute band U2-2, the world’s longest running tribute to U2, supported by Very Bad Company, a tribute to both ’70s rock groups FREE and Bad Company. A DJ will also be playing a variety of music during the breaks. The launch event is free to all existing ticket holders, alternatively they can be purchased for £7.50 for this one night only via the event website www.tributeinthepark.co.uk.
