Sandown Eclipse Fashion for Men: Sandown Park Racecourse hosts the Eclipse meeting as part of its Summer Festival, which includes the Ladies’ Day on Friday 7th July and the Coral Eclipse on Saturday 8th July 2017.

Suits and ties are recommended for gentlemen, but as with the ladies, remember you are amongst trendy company, so summer blazers and linen suits will be welcomed rather than scorned.

Here we have chosen a blazer and chinos combination from Richard James SS17 ‘Dandy Kim’ collection. A collection inspired and named after the British gentleman adventurer Michael Kimberley Caborn-Waterfield, nicknamed Dandy Kim due to his dapper style. The collection picks up on Dandy Kim’s style when he moved from his Chelsea lifestyle to reside in hot sunnier climes at the palatial La Plaza hotel in Havana.

Model wears Richard James SS17 ‘Dandy Kim’ collection.

The chinos are high waisted, not only fashionable in Dandy Kim’s time but also bang on trend this season. The sharp pleat takes this casual pant to the smarter level. These crisp white chinos will stand out from the crowd with turn ups are dipped in a delicate pastel shade of blue to give a softly sun bleached look. Teamed with a mid denim blue double breasted blazer in the sartorial Prince of Wales check.

Don’t underestimate the power of the pocket square to take your look to new sartorial heights. Model is sporting lilac deco muse print in silk. In 100% fine Italian made silk with hand rolled edge. The design is an original in house Richard James print. Price was £55, now £35.
