The Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre will hold training demonstration on the evening of Thursday 2 September at Aintree Equestrian Centre.

The event offers the chance to meet the horses from the TRC and gain valuable tips on re-training and re-schooling your horse. A fun, informative evening aimed at those wanting to progress with their horse both on the flat and over fences. The TRC will demonstrate the methods used to turn racehorses into riding horses and display how your horse should be turned out for the show ring.

This event is essential for owners of thoroughbreds and all types of horses, to find out about training methods that can easily be adopted at home. There will also be the opportunity to loan a horse from the TRC – a cost effective alternative to buying a horse where expert advice is always on hand. This will include case studies from existing TRC loaners. There will be lots of time for questions and answers to ensure you go away with all the information you need.

Doors open at 6:30pm ready for the event to start at 7pm. Finish time is 9pm.

The TRC’s Yard Director Julie Robinson says: “We are delighted to host this exciting event at Aintree. We very much look forward to seeing those with their own horses looking for training ideas, as well as people who are interested in getting an ex-racehorse.”
