How to make a small fortune
Would you like to be part of our book launch?
Our wonderful blogger, John Timpson (of Timpsonian and Timpson Shoe Repair Fame) has written a book about racehorse ownership, called ‘How to make a small fortune’.
The book is now in the final stages of being published, and we’re looking for help to finalise some of the details, and to generally give us some feedback about the book itself.
John has committed to donate 25% of book proceeds to the Injured Jockey’s Fund, in memory of his wife, Alex, who sadly passed away recently.
Alex was the driving force behind the Timpson’s Racehorse Ownership, and was a huge supporter of the Injured Jockey’s Fund.
Because of this, we are attempting to sell as many books as possible, in order that the contribution to the IJF be as large as possible.
So, we’re looking for people to help us finalise and then launch the book.
Would you like to help us?
If you have an interest in Racing, Racehorse ownership, John Timpson, the IJF or have ever read John’s fabulous blog, then this is your opportunity to get in on an exciting ‘behind the scenes experience’ of a book launch.
We are building a focus group to help this book become a best-seller, and thus maximise it’s contribution to the Injured Jockey’s Fund, just as Alex Timpson would have wanted.
You’ll be asked your opinion on a lot of things, and we’ll be very grateful for your feedback, so if you’d like to join our crew, then we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll get a free copy of the book, just for being part of the focus group.
We need about 400 motivated, excited, wonderful people to help us get this project airborne. Would you like to be one of them?
If you think you can help us make a difference to the Injured Jockey’s Fund, then please fill in THIS FORM
Please note: In order for us to be able to send you a copy of the book, we need to know your postal address. This address will be shared with Icon Publishers, so that they can mail you the book. It will not be used for any other purpose.
Closing Date for Entries – 10th April 2016
If selected to be part of the book launch, you’ll receive a copy in the mail sometime in late April, and an invitation to a private Facebook group, where all the excitement will take place.
