Folkestone Racecourse was an awash with colour on the 5th August as they held their ever popular Ladies Evening. It is probably best summed up by Racecourse Manager Emma Santer, who describes the summer event as, “where glitz, power and horses collide”. Similar to June's Ladies Day , the event proved to be another perfect opportunity to dress up and enter the Best Hat and Best Dressed competitions, which this year were sponsored by luxury dress retailers, Coast Stores.
On the judging panel was Miss England Finalist Chloe Othen, who helped to choose the Best Dressed Couples of the night, all of who got rewarded with some lovely prizes from Eastwell Manor. After an early evening of races, the fun carried on with entertainment from the Take That Tribute Band, showing once again that Folkestone Racecourse to be a unique and buzzing place, and where to enjoy a wonderful night at the races.
