On Sunday 27th September you can go racing at Epsom Downs for the final time in 2015 as the curtain closes on yet another memorable year.

Enjoy an afternoon of racing coupled with a wide range of entertainment, as Epsom Downs racecourse looks to end the season in style.

The seven-race card includes the THE TOTEPOOL APPRENTICES’ DERBY HANDICAP STAKES which is ridden over the same distance as the Investec Derby.  This race represents the perfect opportunity for the current crop of up and coming jockeys to experience the 1 mile 4 furlong trip on the undulating Surrey Downs racecourse.

For a few of the Jockeys it will be the first time they take on the iconic Tattenham Corner and the challenges that come with it as they look to get one over their fellow apprentices.

Along with the high quality racing there will be a number of off the track activities for racegoers to enjoy including face painters and a marching band.

Why not make your day extra special by booking Sunday lunch in one of the restaurants, with three course packages that include admission and your own private table from as little as £60!

Epsom Downs have enjoyed another fantastic season of racing including Golden Horn winning the 236th running of the Investec Derby.  The champion Colt has gone on to achieve greatness becoming the first horse since See the Stars to follow up his triumph in the Derby with victory in the Coral-Eclipse.  As well as the equine superstars, Epsom Downs has also welcomed the likes of Madness, hugely popular children’s TV characters Ben & Holly and Heart FM DJ Toby Anstis to the racecourse.
